Our Mission: Christian
Schools of Florida supports, encourages, and accredits Reformed
Christian schools in the State of Florida.
Christian Schools of Florida is an association of Christian schools
throughout Florida who have voluntarily met the accrediting
standards of the association. Christian Schools of Florida
exists to promote, through accreditation, high quality, professional,
biblically-based Christian schools.

History of Christian
Schools of Florida
Schools holding membership
in the old National Union of Christian Schools
have existed in Florida since the 1950’s.
At the time, these Florida schools were associated
together as District 9 of what became the new
name of NUCS, Christian Schools International.

accrediting association for Christian schools with a
Reformed perspective in the State of Florida. |

To function as a Florida state recognized program
assisting
Christian schools in teacher certification and master
in-service. |

To provide opportunities for member schools to spiritually
fellowship and professionally interact with one another. |

To provide representation for member schools in
the State of Florida, with the legislature, the department
of education, and other state and local agencies through
membership in professional organizations, such as
the Florida Association of Academic Nonpublic Schools
(FAANS), and the National Council for Private School
Accreditation (NCPSA). |

Feature: Training for Peer Review Team leaders, and SESI Leadership Team chairs from member schools. This workshop will present the tools designed for use by Peer Review Team chairs, members of the Peer Review Team.
Feature: Training for CSF SESIP team leaders, and school-based SESI Leadership Team chairs in the use of the SESI process, forms, and protocol.
Note:
- This workshop is required for any CSF administrator who wishes to chair Peer Review Teams beginning with the 2009-2010 school year.
- Without this workshop the school-based Leadership Team chair will find it difficult to oversee a school’s School Effectiveness and School Improvement process.
All new forms designed for the SESIP will be featured and case studies used to teach consistent use of the forms by all Peer Review Teams. |
